pain in the back

Yesterday afternoon I was having a shower and I was in the middle of shaving my legs when I got a sudden sharp, very bad, pain all across my lower back!!..I totally put my back out! I couldn't even finish my shower..I got out and lyed down all wet on my bed. Now I am walking around in slow motion and I can't rotate the upper part of my body or else the pain shoots through me again. Once I manage to sit down I have to hold my stomach muscles in and keep my spine completely straight..arggghh! I do major lifting at my job and I mess my back up while shaving my legs?! So I had to call in for work today..lucky I don't work all weekend cause I can't afford to miss any more days cause I get ZERO sick days AND I am not covered cause I go and hurt myself away while NOT on the job..way to go Lindsay! I should have dragged my butt into work and pretended it happened there. Hopefully it is better by Monday.

On a better note Sarah and Owen will be here tonight:)(and Alley tomorrow) I went out and got chicken wings and prawns and steak and caesar salad for tomorrow so we are gonna have a fun sister night with wine and BBQ feast...and apparently Owen is now in love with steak. and his newest thing is that he is grrring.. how cute!
