Fun night X 3 = sleepy and happy to be home
The weekend was a blast. Missed my Rynan and I'm happy to be home...but it was lots o'fun! On Friday night I stayed at my sister Alisons house and we went out to a pub and then ended up going out just the two of us, so that was fun
and then on Sat. morning I was feeling pretty sluggish and really felt like backing out of Nanaimo but that would of just not been very acceptable seeing we have been planning this party forever and lots of my friends who I do not get to see all at once were going to be there.
Sahh's mom bought so much yummy food and Chris was our designated BBQer man and did a peeerfect job on cooking the steaks and chicken. Linda and DOug's nEW house is super nice. They have this amazing back yard that is set up for entertaining. The top deck is massive with a built in hot tub and then it is split level and then has steps down to a gazebo with bench seating all the way around...OH and there s a washroom that has a door going out to the patio so you DONT EVEN have To GO inside to get to the bathroom..pretty hooked up I must say.
Celeste surprised Sarah she had noooo idea she was coming so that was fun.. also hanging out with Kate, Seth and both their friends along with our frinds and of course Linda was just super. What a great family Sahh has. They are halarious and fun.
Anyway then yesterday I went to my parents and ended up staying another night which I was not planning on. Enjoyed hanging out with mom and pops in the backyard, drinking wine, listening to music and playing with crazy Kayla. I took tons of pictures of thier garden - check it out how amazing is this?!
Finally home now and cleaned the house and put fresh sheets on our bed..mmmmmm...l can't wait for bedtime. and unpacked now I can just relax until work tomorrow but I don't have to work till 5pm so its almost like another day off...I LOVE 5 day weekends!!!!
